Alex Peters is a dedicated REALTOR with five years of experience in the Chicago and North Texas markets. Originally from Texas, he has called Chicago home for 15 years. With training from The Second City, he knows how to handle any curveball the industry throws his way—always with a smile. Alex Learned his trade from his Mother, a brilliant REALTOR with 25 years of experience. She taught him that no matter the price, everyone deserves a place to call home, and he should treat every client like his own family. She also requires that he wash his hands before dinner, and keep his room clean, but that really isn't a factor in this Bio.

Alex specializes in taking listings that need work, rolling up his sleeves, and getting the dirty work done. It’s not uncommon to find him mowing lawns, rebuilding bathroom fixtures, or repainting rooms himself to ensure his clients get the best possible price. Committed to his clients, he’s available at all hours, treating every deal as a true partnership. 

Alex is also adept at finding the right home for a buyer client. He spent 14 of those Chicago years renting in different parts of the city, which has given him a unique insight into the pros and cons of most neighborhoods in the area. Due to his experience in home repair, he can see potential problems that others don't.

A diehard Dallas sports fan, Alex stays loyal to his teams—but politely excuses himself when they face off against any Chicago franchises. When he’s not closing deals or fixing up properties, he enjoys life with his wife of five years and their undeniably adorable Yellow Lab, Mal.
