The founder’s of Pearson Realty Group include Kirby, Austin, and Parker Pearson who all began their careers at the world’s leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT/CME). During this period, Kirby built one of the most successful treasury commodity brokerage firms in the Chicagoland area owning seats on the CBOT and doing business for the majority of large brokerage firms, banks, and hedge funds in the area. After building a thriving firm, they decided to expand their business in the real estate industry. In 2009, Kirby joined his two sons, Parker and Austin Pearson to form what today is known as, Pearson Realty Group. They moved from the Chicago Board Trade to its current location in Noble Square. Since the start, the Pearson's have offered a variety of services including investment property management services, homeowner association management services, and Noble Title Insurance Agency. Additionally, they sit on the board of a 501c3 non-for-profit Benevolent Housing Association and have completed various developments such as multi-family and commercial property investments. Today, Pearson Realty Group is an award-winning full-service real estate brokerage serving Cook County and various surrounding suburbs.
